The User acts as the Data Controller for end-customer message content. CyberNet IT Solutions acts as a Data Processor, processing data solely based on User instructions.

Users are fully responsible for obtaining lawful consent from message recipients.

7. Data Sharing

We may share Personal Data with:

  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and Telegram for message delivery;
  • Infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, payment gateways);
  • Government authorities when legally required.

8. International Data Transfer

Personal Data may be transferred and stored outside Indonesia. We ensure adequate safeguards in accordance with Indonesian regulations and international data protection standards.
